HitecVision is pleased to announce the acquisition of 67% of Suretank Group Ltd. Suretank is one of the leading global manufacturers and suppliers of transportable tanks and containers to the offshore oil & gas industry. The two founding partners will retain 33 % of the shares.
Suretank was founded in 1995. Over the past 18 years, Suretank has grown to become one of the leading global manufacturers and suppliers of tanks and containers to the offshore oil & gas industry. Suretank’s tanks and containers are used for the safe transport and storage of a wide range of liquids including chemicals for oil and gas processes, drilling processes, waste liquids and aviation fuel, in addition to products and equipment including drill pipe, casings, cables, smaller goods, etc. Suretank combines the requirement for highest quality standard with concern for the offshore operator and the integrity of the facility, with particular emphasis on the safety of personnel and the environment.
