LEIRVIK Module Technology today announced that the company has acquired Reanco Team AS from UK based James Fisher Group.
Reanco Team’s business is focused within offshore modification and maintenance of Living Quarters and office modules. In addition to architectural offshore work, Reanco Team also produces access floors for use in technical rooms to enble underfloor wiring.
The production facilities for Reanco Team are located on Killingøy, Haugesund’s offshore base.
Through the acquisition of Reanco Team LEIRVIK MT will increase its business to include After Sales and Refurbishment for all delivered Living Quarters over the last 35 years and develop this unit to became a market leader within this segment.
LEIRVIK will merge all activities within maintenance and modifications of living quarters, and run this business through LEIRVIK Reanco. This will strengthen the new company and eliminate the competition between the existing companies.
LEIRVIK Reanco will continue to run the business from its location on the Killingøy base. There will be some 20 employees from the start-up date, headed by Marit Storm.
