Corporate & Investor Services Team

The Corporate & Investor Services team ensures that systems value and routines are in place so that HitecVision can operate with the efficiency and diligence that is required in a high-paced environment.

  • Mariann Gjesdal, Chief Operating Officer

    Gjesdal joined HitecVision in January 2002. Before this she worked 3 years as Accounting Manager in NorAqua AS (today: EWOS AS), where she was responsible for structuring the accounting routines and internal reporting after a merger. From 1986 to 1998 she worked as Financial and Administration Manager in Unitech Engineering AS, participating in building the company and establishing internal routines.

  • Hilde Søraas Hansen, HR Director

    Søraas Hansen assumed the position as HR Director with HitecVision in 2008. She joined from Manpower Professional Executive in Stavanger, where she was Regional Manager. Hansen’s 10 years of work experience at Manpower includes executive search and recruiting, external consultancy services on staff competence and development as well as internal personnel management and marketing. Prior to this she worked three years as a sales consultant. Hansen holds a degree in international marketing and languages from Stavanger College.

  • Nils Petter Ueland, Financial Manager

    Ueland joined HitecVision in 2008. He was previously Senior Associate with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, where he worked from 2002. Ueland is a State Authorised Public Accountant. He holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway. During his studies at NHH he spent one year at the Universität Mannheim, Germany.

  • Oddvar Dirdal, Portfolio Monitoring Officer

    Dirdal joined HitecVision in May 2010. He joined from the position of Senior Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, focusing on companies within finance, investments companies, retailing, constructions and building and real estate. He holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration (NHH) in Bergen, Norway. Dirdal is a State Authorised Public Accountant.

  • Anders Yttervik, Portfolio Monitoring Officer

    Yttervik joined HitecVisions Corporate and Investor Services team in September 2011 in the position as Portfolio Monitoring Officer.
    Yttervik has for the last two years worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Stavanger, where he was Associate with a client portfolio within the bank/finance and the oil and gas sector.
    Prior to PwC he worked as a Financial Analysts with BOLT Corporate Finance.
    Yttervik holds a M.Sc. from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

  • Astrid Løvhaugen, Accountant

    Astrid Løvhaugen joined HitecVision in 2007. She has previously worked as an accountant with the audit firm Idsø & Ravnås Revisjon for 11 years. Her work experience also includes several years as an accountant and secretary with KPMG and as an office assistant with Autogard.

  • Hilde Lende, Fund Administrator

    Hilde Lende has maternity leave until August 2012.

    Lende became a member of HitecVision’s corporate services team in 2008. She joined from the position of Administration Manager at Spring Capital in Stavanger, where she was responsible for reporting, analyses, external relations and office management. Her work experience also includes clerical positions at Handelsbanken and Klepp Sparebank. Lende holds a BA in Finance and Administration from University of Stavanger, Norway, and a specialisation in business economics from the Norwegian School of Management.

  • Tonje Keirung, Fund Administrator

    Keirung joined the HitecVision’s corporate services team in December 2011 from her position as Portfolio Services Consultant at the Compliance department in Acta Asset Management AS. Her four years of experience in the company also includes working in the Custom Services, where she was responsible for reporting and external relations with banks and investors. Her work experience also includes various positions in the tourist industry at Widerø Aviation, Berg Hansen Travel Agency and Norport Handling.

    Keirung holds a BA in Tourism and economy from Norsk Hotellhøgskole at the University in Stavanger, Norway.

     

  • Kristin Kalheim, Office Assistant, Stavanger

     

    Kristin Kalheim became a member of HitecVision in January 2012, from her position as an interior vendor at Studio Slettvoll. Her work experience also includes several years in the service industry working as a salesperson for Mexx and Form & Farge.

     

    Kalheim has a degree from the High School of Decorative Art in Stavanger, Norway.

     

  • Nina B. Nordnes, Office Assistant, Oslo

    Nina B. Nordnes became a member of HitecVision’s corporate team in August 2010. She has previously worked as a self employed beauty and skin therapist at Beths Beauty Center. Her work experience also includes cabin chief at Sterling Airlines, and clerical positions at several hotels in the Oslo area.

  • Tina Palughi, Office Manager, Houston

    Tina Palughi joined the HitecVision’s corporate team in August 2011. She began with HitecVision family in late 2001 and has served as Controller/Financial manager of several companies including HitecVision Inc., Visi-Image, Remora and TORP.
    Palughi has over 25 years of experience in the banking, oil service, pipeline and venture capital industries, with principal expertise in financial analysis, accounting and human reources.

    Tina Palughi holds a MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a BA Degree in Accounting from the University of Houston.
