CapeOmega increases its ownership in Polarled and Nyhamna

CapeOmega has signed an agreement with A/S Norske Shell, an affiliate of Royal Dutch Shell plc (Shell), to acquire Shell’s full 9.019% interest in the Polarled gas pipeline venture and a 3% interest in the Nyhamna gas processing venture. CapeOmega’s holdings in Polarled and Nyhamna will, following the transaction, increase to 11.9% and 4.5% respectively.
