Grenland Group has acquired 51% of the shares in Erbus AS

Grenland Group has signed an agreement to acquire 51% of the shares in the Erbus AS (ingress)

Erbus will with its' specialized commissioning experience, provide Grenland Group with increased competence and execution capabilities within completion and commissioning of complex offshore installations, and will reinforce Grenland Group as supplier to customers who require more complete and integrated service deliveries.

The three previous owners of Erbus AS will together own the remaining 49%. Erbus will continue its operations as before, but will enter a new and positive phase with Grenland Group as the main owner. Ronny Lindquist will continue as Managing Director of Erbus, and all of the management team and support functions will continue in their current positions in the company.

The transaction is subject to regulatory approval.
