We mange three private equity funds with a total commited capital base of USD 1.4 billion. Our investor base comprises leading Norwegian and international financial institutions, pension funds, fund-of-funds, endowments and family offices. Over 50% of the capital in our latest funds is committed by investors outside of Norway.

Our investment team has extensive operational experience from the oil and gas industry, and knows what it takes to succeed in this business. The HitecVision team has acquired, invested in or established more than 100 companies, exited over 70, and listed seven companies (IPOs).

HitecVision has an experienced Board of non-executive directors which reflects our combined industrial and financial strength.

Our portfolio companies are technology companies supplying advanced solutions and services to the oil and gas sector, independent oil companies, and traditional oil service businesses.
