The founding team, Ole Ertvaag, Ola Sætre and Jon Gjedebo, has worked together since the 1980s. Combined the 17 investment professionals offer over 200 years of experience from the oil industry and pivate equity/investments. Globally there are few, if any, oil and gas focused private equity fund advisers that have a stronger industrial and entrepreneurial foundation than HitecVision's team.
